PAT ANTONIO  PARTNER

Pat joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1997 as a Sales Representative.  In his first year he won the Rookie of the Year Award, District Leadership Award and President's Club Award for finishing in the top 10% of the sales force.  After 14 months in the role, Pat was recognized for his sales and leadership abilities and was promoted to Associate Manager of Productivity where he oversaw Sales, Operations, Training and Marketing for the Mid-Atlantic Region.  Seven months later Pat was promoted to District Manager where he spent 5 years in a historically, underperforming New York market.  Pat finished 3 years in the top 5% of the company and won 2 President's Club Awards and a National Leadership Award. 

 

In his career, one of Pat’s greatest strengths was in attracting/hiring top talent and developing high-performing teams.  Pat wanted to bring this skill to a MUCH larger audience and in 2003, he set out and co-founded RxSalesPros.  As Managing Partner, Pat's focus is on recruiting at all levels, developing business, operations, and on relentlessly pursuing the mission of enhancing the hiring process for all parties.

 

Pat graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business

SCOTT HOROWITZ PARTNER

Upon graduation, Scott joined Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Company as a Sales Representative.  Over the next seven years, Scott spent time as a Sales Representative, in home office analytical roles, as an Associate District Business Manager (first one in the country) and a District Sales Manager.  Scott won President Club awards in Sales and Sales Management as well as a National Rookie of the Year Managerial Award.  It was this background and experience that has helped Scott understand how to build successful teams and what to look for when making the critical hiring decisions. 

 

Scott co-founded RxSalesPros as a Managing Partner.  Currently, Scott uses his extensive experience in recruiting Sales Representatives, District Managers, Managed Markets Account Executives, Region Sales Directors and Sales VPs.  Scott’s responsibility lies in recruiting top talent at all levels, operations and developing business for RxSalesPros. 

  

Scott holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
